"Hold That Fuji!" Cheat> Press and hold - Pause ("PAUSED" appears), press and hold - Option (HUD screen appears), press and release 1 and 3 together, press and release 2, 5, 7 and 9 all together (Predator will laugh). Release Pause and Option.
Part I Cheat Keys:

ALIEN VS. PREDATOR CHEAT CODES PART II> Press and hold Pause, press and hold Option, press 6, press 1 + 3, press the following sequence: B, A, 9, A, 9, A, *, Option, 6, #, *, *, Option, 2, Option (Predator will laugh). This second code gives you all of the functions listed in Part I of the code ("Hold That Fuji") and the additional functions below, but the main function of the second phase of the cheat is that you will never run out of energy or ammo as the bars will replenish themselves as long as you have something from the start (meaning if you don't have any smart-gun ammo when you activate the cheat, you still won't have any once it's turned on... at which point you use the ammo replenish function as described in cheat code Part I.)
Part II Cheat Keys:

Level Codes > Use the following level codes at the planet screen to jump to the system of your choice:

Cancel timer > At the password screen, press A and C to clear the screen, then enter TIME STANDS. Press "OK" and you will hear a thunderclap. Press A and C again and enter STILL FOREVER. Press "OK" and you will hear a burp. The timer is now deactivated.
Infinite lives > At the password screen, press A and C to clear the screen, then enter ONCE DEAD. Press "OK" and you will hear a thunderclap. Press A and C again and enter TWICE BORN. You will now have infinite Dino Dudes.
Extra difficulty > At the options screen, enter the code 6824. When done right, the screen border will briefly flash. From now on, you can select an additional difficulty level, harder than HARD, called INSANE.
Full weapons/levels > At the options screen, type 37668242, you will be given all weapons plus access to all levels. This cheat will not last. If you die (or turn off the Jaguar), when you Load Game the next time (if you have a game saved, obviously), your old game will be there, and you have all of the weapons that you earned before the cheat was activated, but no more.
Unlimited lives > At the first level boss, press and hold 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9, then press Option. You will hear a tone if the cheat worked.
Controller select > At the main menu screen, hold down Option and Pause on the Controler Two then press Pause and Option on Controller One, to take you to the game option menu. You will hear "excellent," and see a third option that allows to switch the controller from joypad to paddle.
Multi-select > Type in 1193 on Controller One at the title screen. Controller Two then has the following abilities:
Control Function joypad Change scroll speed Option Level skip Button C Fires current special weapon without depleting supplies 1 Adds power-up to gun 2 Adds/cycles power-up to bomb 4 Invulnerability toggle * and # Button 0 cycles through sounds, * plays sound
Turn on the Jaguar with any cartridge plugged in, and wait for the Atari/Jaguar screen to get to the point with the spinning cube with the Jaguar on its faces... Press and hold Pause. Tap left or right to change the speed and direction of rotation. Up and down to zoom the cube in and out of the screen.
Options > Press the following codes during gameplay to enable various game options:

Sound test > At the title screen, press #. A sound test menu will appear.
Options select > Enter the following codes on the screen that you go to when you press option before starting a game. For each one you do correctly, you will here a rooster.
